The Carmarthenshire Competition Squad, train on a Saturday 9am-3pm in the Princess Gwenllian Centre, Kidwelly.

Competition squad will take part in both individual and team events, which will be set by a number of international coaches.

Comp squad training gives athletes access to the highest level of elite training in Wales, to assist them in fulfilling their potential.
